Hospice Volunteer – Activities & Administrative Support

Are you compassionate, organized, and enjoy spending time with seniors? Join our hospice team as a volunteer who brings joy through activities and helps behind the scenes with essential administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage patients in light activities such as games, crafts, music, or conversation
  • Assist with clerical duties like filing, data entry, mailings, and organizing supplies
  • Support staff and families with a warm, helpful presence
  • Always uphold patient dignity and confidentiality

Ideal Volunteer:

  • Friendly and patient with a heart for service
  • Comfortable working with elderly individuals
  • Detail-oriented and dependable

Make a meaningful impact, both in the office and at the bedside.

Volunteer Requirements :

  • Complete a volunteer application and specialized training
  • Pass a background check, fingerprinting, and TB test
  • Have a valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance
