Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Regulatory Data Quality Management Analyst to join their team. As a Regulatory Data Quality Management Analyst , you will be part of the Data Management Operations team supporting regulatory compliance and data quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Regulatory Data Quality Management Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC (CIC) - hybrid (3 days in/ 2 days remote)

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr (Only W2)

What's the Job?

  • Support FRY14 data quality, reporting, and regulatory remediation efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Execute on regulatory deliverables and ensure timely remediation of data defects and issues.

  • Serve as a liaison to CBO teams, addressing inquiries related to data elements, procedures, controls, and operational risk events.

  • Partner with data and operations teams to identify root causes of data defects and implement effective solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across various banking and operations teams to facilitate issue resolution and process improvements.

What's Needed?

  • Strong experience in project management, business analysis, and wholesale lending operations functions and processes.

  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Suite tools for data analysis and reporting.

  • Knowledge of data management and regulatory reporting, specifically FRY14 and 2052A.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities effectively.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
