Regulatory Analyst

Our client, a leader in the utilities and regulatory industry, is seeking a Regulatory Analyst to join their team. As a Regulatory Analyst, you will be part of the support team dedicated to enhancing customer service and resolving rate cases. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a curiosity about the utilities and regulatory landscape, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Regulatory Analyst

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $65.00/ hour - $70.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Support rate cases by analyzing customer interactions and identifying the reasons behind billing discrepancies.

• Document processes and tools to assist management in understanding customer service outcomes.

• Develop dashboards and maintain Power BI for effective data visualization.

• Engage with team members to intake discovery questions and ensure deadlines are met.

• Utilize Excel and SharePoint for data management and reporting.

What's Needed?

• Experience in audit or customer interaction roles.

• Familiarity with regulatory processes in the utilities sector is a plus.

• Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate customer service narratives.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks.

• Background in regulatory, rates, finance, accounting, or reporting

• Proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.

• Familiarity with Peoplesoft Financial System and SAP
