- Manufacturing process development and deployment for laser welding/ Spot Welding/ GMAW applications in automotive manufacturing, including weld process parameter development, material (Aluminum/Steel) and weld testing.
- Experience providing support and training in industrial controls and automation an assembly plant.
- Industrial Manufacturing
- Controls engineer with 10+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing plants specializing in industrial machine vision.
- SME in industrial controls and automation SME in the areas of PLC programming, machine vision, Robotics, human machine interface, industrial sensors, and error checking.
- Expertise with using vision systems - Matrox/ Cognex/ Keyence software.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with automotive plant production support and maintenance to new assembly line launches. Proficient in Allen-Bradley PLC-5, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, Allen-Bradley PanelView, ABB S4c, DVT machine vision programming. Experience with FANUC and ABB robots. Strong robot programming skills.
- Programming Skills of various PLCs (Allen Bradley/Siemens/Omron)
