Your Daily Contributions Will Include:
  • Preparing and organizing the operating room to ensure optimal conditions for surgical procedures
  • Upholding sterile fields while strictly adhering to infection control guidelines
  • Assisting surgeons and surgical assistants by handing over instruments and supplies swiftly and efficiently
  • Managing surgical equipment and maintaining readiness before, during, and after procedures
  • Monitoring inventory and ensuring operational readiness for every procedure

  • Accurately maintaining surgical counts and comprehensive documentation
Educational Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program is essential
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Required Certifications:
  • Must hold a current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential
  • BLS certification is required (or the ability to secure within 90 days of hire)
