Position Requirements

What You'll Do
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation.
  • Install a wide range of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Coordinate and lay out plumbing work in collaboration with other trades.
  • Lead, train, and mentor plumbing laborers and apprentices.
  • Adhere to company and OSHA safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Take on new construction projects or join our Service and Remodel team, depending on your interests and experience.
What You'll Bring
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • State of Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber License.
  • 5+ years of plumbing experience and successful completion of a plumbing apprenticeship.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
