Join us at Dave Jones, where your career can reach new heights while working on projects big and small.Job Summary:We're seeking a skilled and personable Plumbing Service Technician with 3+ years of experience. You'll be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, gas, and drainage systems. As a representative of Dave Jones, a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor is essential, along with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Position RequirementsPosition Description:-Organize materials and tools for a safe, efficient work environment, ensuring truck stock is maintained and needs are communicated to prevent unnecessary trips.-Deliver exceptional customer service to build rapport and long-term relationships.-Understand and apply principles of code-compliant plumbing systems.-Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on residential and most commercial plumbing systems, including fixtures, appliances, and drain cleaning.-Identify and recommend corrections for non-code compliant cross connections.-Calculate service charges and collect payment at the time of service.-Sell plumbing equipment and Customer Maintenance Agreements, while assisting with jobsite documentation and ensuring safety compliance.Licensing and Experience:-Valid Driver's License-High School Diploma or Equivalent-Current Journeyman or Master Plumber License for the State of Wisconsin and completion of a Registered Apprenticeship Program in Plumbing-3+ years of experience in plumbing service, repairs and maintenance.Schedule:-Monday through Friday-7am - 4:30pm-On Call Rotation-Year-Round WorkBenefits:Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Retirement / Savings Plan (401K) with Employer Match, Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Group Life Insurance, Voluntary Group Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Employee Purchases and Discounts.Equal Opportunity EmployerDave Jones is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
