Location: Local Organization | Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

We're looking for a versatile Office Administrator to become a key player in our team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. From managing data and supporting contractors to driving our social media presence and marketing efforts, your work will touch every corner of our organization.
What You'll do:
- Use Sage and Microsoft Excel to manage data and support daily operations
- Oversee and update our social media platforms to keep our community engaged
- Assist with marketing initiatives to help grow our brand and outreach
- Support contractors and staff with administrative needs
- Tackle a variety of office tasks - no two days are the same
What We're Looking For:
- Proven office administrative experience
- Strong computer skills and accurate data entry abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to reliability
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Experience with Peachtree (Sage 50)
- Knowledge of social media management tools
- Background in marketing or promotional work
