Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (School-Based)
Location: Ashburn, VA 20148 (Float Across Multiple Schools)
Duration: 24 Weeks
Shifts Available: Monday-Friday | 07:30 AM - 02:45 PM
Pay Rate: $45-$50/hr

Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based therapy services across multiple elementary schools. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-5 students, ensuring interventions are aligned with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP). This role requires flexibility to travel between campuses and collaborate closely with educators, staff, and families to support student success academically and socially.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services according to student IEPs
  • Conduct evaluations and prepare accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and recommend appropriate supports/accommodations
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and related services staff
  • Implement evidence-based strategies to support communication development
  • Manage a varied caseload across multiple elementary school settings
  • Maintain timely and precise documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • School-based experience required (elementary preferred)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to travel between multiple school locations
