Your Impact

  • Provide screenings, evaluations, treatments, and training in speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy tailored to resident needs.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and payer guidelines, as well as ASHA requirements and company policies.
  • Adopt a holistic approach, addressing residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
  • Implement personal care plans focused on residents' strengths and preferences, fostering comfort and companionship.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to meet the needs of our residents throughout their care.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with the older adult population in related therapies preferred.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Valid state license (for state in which the community provides service) in occupational therapy assistant, where applicable.
