Requirements:

The Area Supervisor is responsible for working through other's to maintain profitable restaurants and for making sure the restaurants meet McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job The Area Supervisor works with the restaurant's General Manager to set the restaurant's goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.

Ideal candidates should have previous Area Supervisor experience with high volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or Supervisory experience in hospitality or retail.
