As a Key Account Executive (KAE) - Facility Solutions, you will play a crucial role in the Facilities team. You will drive business development and cultivate relationships with key enterprise clients. This position is fully remote, with a focus on serving customers in the Northern and Central New Jersey area, enabling collaboration, travel, and local engagement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage complex Facility (Jan/San) opportunities with existing enterprise clients.
  • Strategize to close high-value sales deals using your exceptional communication and persuasive skills.
  • Engage with senior-level decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to clients and internal teams.
  • Display strong organizational skills to manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Ensure reliability with your follow-up on administrative tasks and client requirements.
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless solution execution.
  • Drive revenue accountability across your assigned accounts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 4+ years of outside sales or related experience, ideally overseeing a larger book of business.
  • Experience in janitorial/sanitation, cleaning supplies, breakroom essentials, safety, and similar product categories.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Successful experience in training and demonstrating products for both internal teams and end-users.
