Position: Office Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (Onsite Only)
Start Date: ASAP
Reports To: CEO

About the Role:

We are urgently seeking a reliable, professional Office Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator to be physically present in our Fort Lauderdale office during business hours. This role is critical to ensure compliance with Medicare requirements and to maintain onsite presence during potential inspections.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable handling basic administrative tasks while representing the company professionally.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain consistent onsite presence Monday-Thursday, 9 AM-5 PM.
  • Greet visitors, inspectors, and delivery personnel.
  • Answer phones, check emails, and manage simple office communication.
  • Keep the office clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
  • Assist with basic documentation, filing, and light administrative work.
  • Support company operations as needed.
  • Notify leadership immediately of any compliance-related visits or inquiries.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in an office, administrative, receptionist, or front-desk role preferred.
  • Strong reliability and attendance record.
  • Professional demeanor and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an office environment.
  • Basic computer skills (email, Google Workspace, MS Office).
  • Healthcare or Medicare/DME office experience is a plus but not required.
