What You'll Do
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs, creating individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate patients and families on therapy plans, exercises, and home programs.
- Document therapy services accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
- Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
- Current Nebraska Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Outpatient or geriatric rehab experience preferred, but not required.
