Customer Service Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are strengthened
- Lead and coach Inside Sales Reps, promoting teamwork and best practices
- Analyze sales trends and collaborate with internal teams to optimize inventory and processes
- Oversee order management, logistics, and export documentation with accuracy
- Resolve complex customer issues and billing inquiries efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in account management, customer service, or inside sales; leadership experience preferred
- Experience in B2B environments, ideally with manufactured products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Spanish fluency is a plus
