Location: Camp Hill, PA
Financial services organization is growing-and they are looking for a motivated 401(K) Administrator to join their team If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings
  • Prepare fiduciary reviews and conduct fee benchmarking
  • Perform investment due diligence and update plan assets/reports
  • Process enrollment applications and monitor service requests
  • Maintain and update our CRM system
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills -both written and verbal
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with Morningstar and RPAG programs (a plus)
