Our platform enables seamless crawling by search engines while ensuring an exceptional user experience for 65K companies globally, serving 2.7 billion unique pages to web crawlers.

• Lead by Example: Actively contribute to core systems and elevate code quality, testing, and design.
• Initiate Technical Discussions: Facilitate team discussions on trade-offs and architectural decisions.
• Mentorship: Guide peers and junior engineers, sharing insights to help them develop their skills.
• Simplify Complexity: Develop elegant solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability within our distributed rendering infrastructure.
• Remove Obstacles: Identify issues upfront, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain project momentum.
• Advocate for Quality: Encourage practices like TDD, pair programming, and continuous delivery to maintain speed without compromising stability.

• Enhancing testing or tooling to ensure smooth and secure deployments.
• Analyzing logs or metrics to trace production performance regressions.

• Extensive Experience: 10+ years in building and deploying production software, preferably in a SaaS or infrastructure environment.
• Solid Foundation: In-depth understanding of software engineering, performance optimization, and distributed systems.
• Proficient in Technology Stack: Comfortable working with TypeScript/Node.js and/or Golang; familiar with AWS, and experience with NestJS or Terraform is a plus.
• Quality-Oriented: You write clean, maintainable code and prioritize simplicity in design.
• Delivery Focus: You understand how to balance speed and quality in your work.
• Mentorship Enthusiast: You love guiding colleagues to help them improve through constructive feedback and collaboration.
• Effective Communicator: You can convey technical topics clearly to both the team and stakeholders.
• Curiosity and Initiative: You are proactive in seeking knowledge and improving processes.

Bonus points if you have knowledge in SEO, web performance, or rendering pipelines, although this is not a requirement.
