As a Lead Backend Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend services and cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with a talented team of engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that power our applications. Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and optimize backend services and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business goals.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Develop and maintain GRPC and RESTful APIs for seamless integration with applications and third-party platforms.
• Enhance our applications by integrating third-party APIs.
• Ensure security and scalability of backend systems, implementing best practices for data protection and access control.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, proactively addressing potential issues.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in cloud technologies to enhance our infrastructure.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building microservices and managing cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Typescript, with a strong emphasis on writing clean, maintainable code.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Expertise in integrating third-party APIs.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills focused on delivering scalable solutions.
• Strong knowledge of database design and optimization techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Salary Range: $170,000 - $220,000, dependent on experience and skills.
