Senior Loan Processor

The Senior Loan Processor oversees the documentation and submission process for mortgage loans. They serve as the main point of contact to the borrower, real estate agent, mortgage loan officer, mortgage underwriter, and 3rd party vendors from origination through the close of the mortgage transaction. Responsibilities: • Provide professional and expedited customer service to the borrower • Review underwriting approval and LOS for required conditions needed to clear conditions and move the file to funding • Analyze documentation and verify qualifications • Reach out to customers to obtain and review items to clear underwriting conditions • Diligently meet company goals, deadlines, and SLAs • Act as liaison and interact with external 3rd party vendors and internal parties to take a loan from origination to funding • Review conditional loan approvals and handle all transactions and processing tasks from approval to closing • Prepare loan files in LOS for accurate figures at the time of closing • Schedule closing and coordinates notary with title • Ensuring loan documents are prepared • Validate all income and employment verification • Comply with company lending policies, as well as state and federal lending guidelines Qualifications: • 3-5 years minimum experience processing loans (Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Non-QM, Purchase, HELOCS, Second, manufactured homes, COOPs) • 3-5 years' experience working in a Broker environment • Ability to calculate income, restructure loan files, and analyze and complete 1003 as needed • Motivated, adaptable individual with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment • Experience with LOS (Arive), DU, LP, FHA Connection, Doc Magic. • Superior customer service with the ability to communicate in a professional manner, both written and verbal, to borrowers • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to multitask and operate independently Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly

$50,000-$150,000 per year
