We're seeking a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Outreach & Engagement Coordinator who thrives on building relationships and opening doors. In this uniquely impactful role, you won't be tied to the desk or buried in paperwork-instead, you'll be out in the community forging partnerships, engaging potential clients, and helping individuals take their first step toward personal recovery and independence.

This role is perfect for a motivated self-starter who can represent our mission with confidence, communicate with clarity, and inspire people to take action.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Build our program roster by engaging potential clients and guiding them toward enrollment
• Establish and nurture community partnerships with clinics, providers, organizations, and businesses
• Promote the PRP program through targeted outreach, presentations, networking events, and one-on-one conversations
• Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the values and vision of our program to all stakeholders
• Collaborate with the PRP Director to ensure outreach aligns with program goals and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience in outreach, engagement, marketing, or community organizing (especially in behavioral health or social services)
• Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with PRP services or behavioral health (a plus, but we'll train the right person)
