Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science. At least 3 years of automobile technician experience or experience in aftermarket services at dealer end.
- Good technician or technician point of experience
- Understand the severity of Recalls & provide the solution for the same
- Aware of repair time, road test concepts & its importance
- Must know the automobile terminologies
- Should identify the missing procedures & diagrams used for service manuals or any document used at technician end
- Good repository management
- Problem solving approach
- Ability to identify root cause, contain, and permanently correct issues at dealer end
- Strong communication skills in-person, on the phone, and by email
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment
- Familiar with performing software updates with service tools like Cummins InSIte, SDS, or other service tools
