As a Senior iOS Software Engineer in Enterprise Platforms Technology, you will create impactful solutions that help redefine banking for our customers. Your Role:

  • Develop iOS applications aligned with the product strategy while adhering to best practices and design principles.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers, UX/UI Designers, Quality Engineers, and Product Owners to deliver high-quality customer experiences that are both engaging and straightforward.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, ensuring team commitments are met with excellence.
  • Champion the mobile platform within the developer community, contributing insights externally and internally.
  • Stay ahead in mobile development technologies (Swift, Kotlin, and various libraries) and encourage innovation.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary developers (iOS, Android, APIs, Web) to achieve common goals.
  • Lead the delivery of major components in partnership with senior engineers and architects.
  • Continuously enhance processes by sharing best practices and identifying potential technical issues early on.
  • Review code to maintain high standards in Swift and other programming languages.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience (Internship experience does not apply).
  • At least 3 years of experience in building iOS applications and using Swift.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree.
  • 5 years of experience in building iOS applications.
  • 4 years of experience leveraging open-source frameworks.
  • 3 years of experience in Agile methodologies.

This position is located in McLean, VA, with a salary range of $193,400 - $220,700.
