Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I at the California Energy Bond Office (CEBO), the Staff Services Analyst performs a range of analytical and administrative duties in support of CEBO operations. Responsibilities include reviewing and monitoring the program budget, assisting with contract related activities, processing invoices, overseeing property and equipment management, coordinating out-of-state travel planning, and ensuring compliance with document accessibility standards.

We are looking for a highly organized and self-driven professional with proficiency in procurement operations, including invoicing, financial transactions, and contract administration. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who excels in independent work and consistently seeks opportunities to improve processes. Desirable skills include strong analytical capabilities, exceptional organizational and time management skills, experience with procurement, familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems, proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, and experience in purchasing including a thorough understanding of procurement principles, policies, and procedures.

This position is located in the Arden Arcade area, with close access to the I-80 Capital City Freeway. Free parking is available to employees.
This position is remote centric. Currently a minimum of 2 days in office.
