Customer Service Representative

Max Pay Rate: $18/hr
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM PST (subject to change)
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers, business partners, and drivers. This position plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through professional communication, problem-solving, and route coordination.
Bilingual (Spanish-English) skills are highly preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and business partners via phone and email.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a calm, professional manner.
- Monitor and track delivery routes to ensure timely execution.
- Perform dispatch support tasks, including scanning haul-away pods and verifying documentation.
- Process order changes, updates, and cancellations accurately.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service or call center environment (logistics or dispatch experience a plus).
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) communication skills strongly preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure while delivering high-quality service.
- Organized, dependable, and proactive problem solver.
