Part-Time/Day Shift

The Intake Specialist is the first point of contact to patients or visitors in person or by phone. This position plays a key role in maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some college.

• 1 year customer service experience in an office environment, or Successful completion of a Providence internship.

• 1 year Medical office or healthcare experience.

• Basic experience with electronic medical records and/or computerized billing systems.

• Medical terminology experience.
