Title: Release Manager
Location: REMOTE

Salary Range: $41/hr.

Introduction

We are seeking a seasoned professional with experience in release management within the banking sector. This role requires a proactive individual who can navigate complex environments and drive successful outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Role is for US Citizen Only
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or a related field/technical training
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical role supporting network projects/programs
  • Strong analytical skills
  • 7+ years of Experience in Banking and Financial Technology
  • 7+ years of Experience in Service Management Consulting
  • Experience with Change Management and CAB processes and procedures
  • Strong background in IT service delivery
  • Ability to prioritize workload, proactively react to issues, and adapt to shifting deadlines
  • Ability to create meaningful data that contributes to Change Management and Service Delivery processes
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Industry Certifications in PMP, ITIL
  • Technical certifications such as CCNA
  • Experience in financial services (Insurance, Banking, Investment banking)
  • Strong technical acumen
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage release management processes and activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects
  • Identify and manage risks, making informed decisions to mitigate potential issues
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and understanding
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for outcomes
