SailPoint Platform Engineers

Job location- Plano tX

Duration: ~ 12 months

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information systems or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in release management ,production support, or Devops in a software environment
  • 2+ years experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment tools (e.g.,Jenkins,GitLab) and version control (e.g, Git), cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS,Azure or GCP),application monitoring/logging tools (e.g. NewRelic,Splunk) , Incident management tools (e.g., Jira ,ServiceNow.)
  • 3+ years of experience in Cypress or a similar UI test automation framework(Selenium,Mocha).
  • 3+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other IAM solutions (e.g., Okta,Ping Identity) specifically in testing and/or automation .Understanding of Identity and access management concepts including provisioning ,lifecycle management and access governance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Python and AWS Lambda.
  • 3+ Years experience with Cyber Security Domain specifically IAM.
  • ITIL or similar Certification.
  • WS Certification.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, Schedule software releases and provide hands-on support during production releases, coordinating with development, QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Create and maintain detailed release logs and post-release reports, capturing deployment success, issues encountered and corrective actions taken.
  • Participate in release planning meetings to understand upcoming changes and prepare for release support requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues escalating to engineering or DevOps team as needed
  • Monitor and verify the success of deployment ,performing sanity checks and running tests to validate release stability.
  • Design,develop and implement automated test scripts for SailPoint IdentityIQ to ensure functionality,security and performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to optimize and refine the release support and test automation.
