Join our innovative team as a Full Stack Tech Lead specializing in Java Microservices and React UI. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a passion for driving modernization initiatives and leading technical teams in the financial services sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
  • Over 10 years of software engineering experience with expertise in Java microservices and React-based UI development.
  • Strong background in designing and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Experience in leading technical teams and driving modernization initiatives.
  • 7 years of experience in ReactJS.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architectures using Kafka.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js.
  • Develop and maintain robust front-end applications and back-end services.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality through testing frameworks.
