In response to our rapid growth in the Electronic Security division, we are excited to invite an Account Executive to spearhead new business development within our Core Commercial division. This role is centered on lead generation, cultivating relationships, and showcasing our exceptional commercial electronic security products and services to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated territory using CRM tools, excelling in cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation.
- Demonstrate the capability to develop and implement comprehensive service/account outsourcing strategies.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the core commercial market segment.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and solutions aligned with client needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to design and deliver customized solutions for complex client requirements.
- Engage in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to enhance brand presence and discover new prospects.
- Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings per week within the assigned territory to strengthen relationships and drive engagement.
- Drive revenue growth by employing solution-based selling strategies to expand existing accounts and secure new clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales utilizing a consultative approach.
- Minimum of 2 years meeting or exceeding high sales quotas in comparable accounts and/or markets.
- Proficient in using Office Suite and CRM platforms to streamline workflows, boost productivity, and enhance client interactions.
- Willingness to travel within assigned geographic areas.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.
- Background in electronic security sales is strongly preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required.
