Supply Chain Planning Manager
Southeast New York (On-Site) Full-Time | Food Manufacturing | $100,000-$120,000 DOE
Overview: A rapidly growing, national food manufacturing company in Southeast New York is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead planning, replenishment, and inventory optimization across multiple business lines. This role is perfect for a proactive, hands-on supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day supply chain planning for multiple product categories.
- Oversee ERP data accuracy, purchase orders, and production scheduling.
- Review forecasts and demand plans, identifying outliers and collaborating with Sales and Operations to align on needs.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels while achieving service and working capital goals.
- Lead and mentor a small team of planners to ensure best-in-class supply performance.
- Drive process improvements and KPI tracking across inventory, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
- Serve as a key liaison between suppliers, logistics, and internal leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of supply chain planning or production planning in food/CPG manufacturing.
- 3+ years of leadership experience overseeing planners or small teams.
- Strong ERP and data analysis experience (Excel, forecasting, MRP systems).
- Proven success managing replenishment and improving inventory performance.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in frozen, refrigerated, or ambient food supply chains is highly preferred.
