Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with product engineering, client experience, and AI engineering teams to resolve issues across various products.
• Participate in virtual meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to diagnose and troubleshoot potential issues.
• Create detailed technical specifications that assist product engineers in reproducing and resolving issues.
• Leverage your technical expertise to execute scripts and run database queries for issue identification and resolution.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Support Engineer or Software Developer with direct customer engagement.
• Familiarity with MySQL or another relational database querying language (Postgres, MSSQL, etc.).
• Proficient in reading and writing code with at least one modern programming language.
• Experience using Chrome DevTools or equivalent tools to debug web application issues.
• Proven track record of debugging complex API integrations.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with occasional willingness to work beyond standard hours.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate your insights and decisions effectively to senior leadership.
• Strong time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in software development, particularly with PHP, Python, or modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue and React.
• Experience in customer support or responding to client concerns directly.
• Familiarity with AWS services including EC2, S3, Route 53, or CloudWatch.
• A background in the healthcare sector.
• Experience working in startup or B2B SaaS environments.
