Job Description

****$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS****

1st $500.00: after 30 days of employment

2nd $500.00: after 6 months of employment

Essential Duties:
  • Check clients into the computer as they come in to the clinic and confirm if there are notes/holds for clients in computer. Direct clients to the appropriate department or area.
  • Receive patient payments and makes receipts for payments.
  • Assure customer service to staff, clients and guests.
  • Answer phones and transfer calls from the front desk area.
  • Assist in maintaining order in lobby / medication area and support all toxicology services.
Work Schedule: Wednesday - Friday (9:30 am to 6:00 pm) with rotating Sat and Sun (8:00am to 4:30 pm)

Start Date: ASAP

Work Location: 120 N. 11th Street, Springfield, IL

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour; depending on experience

Experience and Skills
Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED equivalent required; At least one year of receptionist experience preferred.
