Human Resources Coordinator

We are working with a client seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Coordinator to provide support and customer service with the organization's benefits experience. The primary focus is the processing, enrolling, updating, and maintaining of benefits data for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and enter employee benefit data across multiple systems (Lawson, United HealthCare, CVS/Health) and ensure accuracy of new hire and amendment records.
- Manage high-volume workflows during peak periods, including billing adjustments, coverage continuation processes, and related mailings.
- Respond to benefit inquiries in a timely manner and maintain organized filing of data and documentation.
- Support special projects and reporting needs as assigned by leadership, including ad-hoc tasks and departmental initiatives.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a benefits-related field preferred; 1-3+ years of relevant experience required.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems; Lawson experience highly preferred.
- Communication & Service: Excellent customer service and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred; strong written and verbal communication.
- Professional Attributes: Detail-oriented, confidential, able to multitask under pressure, and work both independently and collaboratively.
Compensation: $ 60,000 - 65,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
