We’re partnering with a leading technology organization seeking a seasoned Product Leader to drive strategy and execution for their enterprise Data & AI Platforms. This leader will oversee a team of Product Managers responsible for enabling real-time, batch, analytics, and generative AI capabilities at scale—serving engineers, data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders across the organization.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role focused on platform enablement, self-service tooling, and generative AI adoption—empowering cross-functional teams to build smarter, faster, and with greater autonomy.

What You’ll Do:

• Define the long-term vision and roadmap for Data & AI Platforms

• Align product direction with company-wide platform and technology goals

• Drive clarity on product objectives, KPIs, and value outcomes across teams

• Lead development and expansion of Generative AI capabilities, tailoring platform offerings for diverse personas (developers, analysts, data scientists, product teams)

• Prioritize high-value GenAI use cases, guide build-vs-buy decisions, and drive internal evangelization and adoption

• Oversee a portfolio of data products, including data lakes, pipelines (batch and real-time), ingestion, processing, quality controls, and governance

• Deliver cloud-native platform solutions that operate at scale in a Google Cloud (GCP) environment

• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Infrastructure teams to design and deliver best-in-class internal platforms

• Serve as a strategic thought partner for executive leadership and department heads across product, engineering, and operations

• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers

• Cultivate a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning

• Integrate cross-product strategies to ensure scalable platform adoption

• Own internal go-to-market strategies for Data & AI tools

• Ensure internal teams understand platform capabilities, best practices, and how to extract value

• Track product performance using platform KPIs and adoption metrics

• Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and competitive intelligence to continuously refine product offerings

We’d Love to See:

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role

• Proven expertise building and scaling data or AI platform products, preferably cloud-native

• Deep understanding of modern data technologies: streaming, batch pipelines, data lakes, analytical stores, quality frameworks

• Familiarity with GenAI models, tools, and integrations across enterprise use cases

• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), infrastructure tooling, and architecture planning

• Strong ability to collaborate with engineers, manage multiple roadmaps, and operate in fast-paced environments

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, especially when translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

• Experience managing multi-sprint backlogs, prioritizing conflicting needs, and delivering incremental platform value

Bonus Experience:

• Exposure to compliance and governance tooling within data platforms

• Experience in multi-tenant platform enablement for both internal and customer-facing teams

• Background in platform marketing, internal adoption, or enablement initiatives

Compensation:
$190,000-$235,000 per year
