Are you friendly, outgoing, and great at talking to people? Nucar Toyota of North Kingstown is looking for a Service Drive Acquisition Specialist - an easy-to-learn, customer-focused role that connects our service customers with opportunities to upgrade their vehicles.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys helping people, working in a team environment, and being part of a fast-growing dealership. No previous car sales experience is required - we'll train you

What You'll Do:
  • Talk with customers who are already visiting our service department about vehicle upgrade options.
  • Reach out to customers by phone or email to see if they'd like to explore newer models.
  • Help customers understand their trade-in value and what makes upgrading a great option.
  • Work with our sales and service teams to make the process smooth and enjoyable.
What We're Looking For:
  • A friendly, professional communicator who enjoys helping people.
  • Someone comfortable talking with customers in person and on the phone.
  • A team player who can stay organized and positive in a busy environment.
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn - automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Education and Skill Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Computer proficiency
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients
