We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory and securely packaging them for shipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick products from shelves or bins according to order sheets or scanners.
- Check items for damage, expiration, or inconsistencies before packing.
- Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials.
- Label and tag packages accurately for shipping.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Meet performance targets for speed, accuracy, and quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with RF scanners or order management systems is a plus.
