Warehouse Picker/PackerWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking customer orders accurately and packing them for shipment in a timely and organized manner.Key Responsibilities:Accurately pick products according to order sheets or handheld scannersPack items securely using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during shippingLabel packages with shipping information and verify shipping documentsMaintain a clean and organized work areaConduct quality checks to ensure correct items are picked and undamagedRestock shelves and report any inventory discrepanciesFollow safety guidelines and report any safety concerns to supervisorsOperate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) if trainedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not requiredAbility to stand, walk, lift, and carry items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGood communication skills and ability to work in a teamWork Environment:Warehouse setting with varying temperaturesShift-based schedules; overtime may be required during peak seasons
