Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Hearing Aid Specialist to join our client's team in Schenectady, New York. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing tests and evaluations.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and fit hearing aids based on individual needs.
  • Perform hearing aid repairs, adjustments, and maintenance.
  • Educate patients on the use and care of hearing aids.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient assessments and follow-ups.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to build trust and loyalty.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist in New York State.
  • Proven experience in hearing aid fitting and patient care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
