What You'll Do: 

  • Assist with administrative duties such as bookkeeping, accounting, billing and tasks related to Human Resources 
  • Multi-task in a highly visible role
  • Demonstrate a high degree of computer literacy and past customer service experience 

 
What You'll Need: 

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year customer service experience as a business office manager, preferably in a senior or hospitality setting 
  • Experience in providing administrative services for numerous departments, including bookkeeping, accounting, billing, and Human Resource-related tasks, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly visible role 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, NetStudy, eMenu CHOICE and Task preferred.
