M365 SME Lead
• O365 administration, including Exchange Online and Exchange On-Prem (Hybrid Deployments)
• Microsoft Teams administration and implementation
• Azure AD Connect and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
• Migration (tenant-to-tenant) using tools like BitTitan
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) and migration, including MobileIron to Intune
• Implementation and migration of Azure AD, Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams)
• Configuration and implementation of Windows Defender for Windows 10 systems
• Configuration of Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), content search, eDiscovery, and retention policies
• Strong expertise in PowerSpersonll scripting and infrastructure as code
• Experience with email firewall solutions: Cisco IronPort, Proofpoint, Tumbleweed, Symantec Brightmail
• Experience with Faxination services
• Migration of emails from Lotus Domino servers to Exchange environments
• Good expertise with Autopilot
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 platform product suites
• Knowledge of identity and federation services
• Cloud security expertise
• High-level understanding of tenant-to-tenant migration approach and steps
• Ability to design, implement, and manage M365 services in line with security policy requirements
• Responsible for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) of tperson M365 platform
• Monitor and troubleshoot M365 platform issues, ensuring performance and availability
• Manage outages, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues within service levels
• Proactively identify and remediate platform security risks
• Develop and maintain documentation for M365 configurations and best practices
• Collaborate with IT and business units to deliver tailored solutions
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and recommend improvements
• Lead cross-functional projects and contribute to strategic planning for M365 initiatives
• Develop key performance metrics to drive IT business value
• Conduct user training and provide technical support for M365 tools
• Knowledge of various migration tools used in M365 environments
• Participate in change control processes and development of operational procedures
• Communicate change requests, issues, and resolutions across IT and customer departments
• Maintain Global Admin access and manage access restrictions
• Serve as escalation point for operations support team
• Provide after-hours and on-call support
• Develop and maintain project plans for medium to large M365 projects
• Provide oral and written status reports to IT management and customers
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with team members, clients, and IT stakeholders
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, handle multiple tasks, and deliver on time
