ABOUT THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY:

Role: Automotive Sales Representative

Location: Wall, NJ

Pay: A results-driven earning structure with annual potential between $115,000-$175,000

Schedule: Flexible shifts that rotate between 9 am -6 pm and 12 pm -close, with full-day Saturday shifts

YOUR DAY AS OUR AUTOMOTIVE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

Each day, you connect with customers, earning trust by guiding them through the buying process with integrity and enthusiasm. You present our wide-ranging inventory, creating excitement with test drives and knowledgeable product demonstrations. You thrive on hitting and surpassing sales goals by focusing on customer-first solutions. With every deal, you ensure a seamless and professional journey that inspires loyalty and referrals. Supported by advanced digital tools and a strong sales and finance team, you work with confidence and efficiency to deliver results.

WHAT'S NEEDED?
  • High school diploma
  • Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record
  • 2+ years of automotive sales experience or applicable industry sales experience
Although not required, proficiency with VinSolutions, bilingual language abilities, and experience working at a high-volume car dealership are preferred.
