Service Coordinator 2

The Service Coordinator 2 performs service fulfillment coordination and administrative functions that support the efficient operation of the service office. Provides excellent customer service resulting in high-level customer satisfaction and potential sales growth. Is the initial point of contact for walk-ins and phone calls while maintaining a professional and courteous manner. Participates in the day-to-day and long-term process and procedures for the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take incoming customer calls.
- Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received.
- Create dispatch ticket for all service calls.
- Dispatch Service Technicians
- Debrief Service Technicians after completion of each call (make sure each appointment is closed out before moving to next call).
- Respond to all messages/ emails timely
- Maintain the scheduling board / updating status
- Communicate with customers with all pending and recommended work utilizing the pending work log (Open Quote Report)
- Maintain the maintenance agreements, including scheduling, and staging of materials, database information (Service Notes).
- Work within a collaborative team effort
- Open to change, constantly looking for opportunities to improve operations/ culture
- Manage ALTEC process (workflows)
- Maintain projected revenue goals
- Communicate expectations to customers timely (projected ETA's)
- Assist with special projects as needed.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Work indoors.
- Work near other people but have a few feet of space separating self from others.
- This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.
- This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to stay stationary 90% of the time.
Education and/or experience:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years' Experience (preferred)
Skills, Licenses, and/or competencies:
Excellent interpersonal skills,
- Individual must possess the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral).
- Basic Math skills (Add, subtract, multiply and divide).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to details.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Can organize, prioritize, plan and multi-task work activities with the ability to effectively meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to adapt to all work situations in order to achieve desired results.
- Ability to use discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
- Able to understand simple commands
- Able to communicate with supervisor, peers and clients

Pay Range: $25-27 per hour
