Zurich North America is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the Information Technology Services group working from the Stevens Point, WI office.

Responsibilities:

• Deskside and remote technical support.

• Ticket management within ServiceNow.

• PC deployment and setup.

• Troubleshooting complex IT issues.

• Collaborating and knowledge sharing with a remote team.

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Desktop Support are OR

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Desktop Support area

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving analytical skills

• Able to develop and drive initiatives with minimal oversight or guidance

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• Experience in desktop technical support Incident resolution.

• Experience in tools like Service now, Active Directory

• Experience in hardware troubleshooting

• Knowledge Microsoft Config Manager (Previously known as SCCM), Microsoft Intune tools

• Tech savvy possesses a natural curiosity, problem solving and strong analytical skills.

• Experience in asset lease deployment coordination

• Experience in DEX (Digital employee experience) analysis

• Knowledge of Windows 10/11

The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $53,400.00 to $87,500.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
