Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional Guest experience
- Model and enforce operational and quality standards for Team Members
- Reflect on issues, holding yourself accountable and demonstrating transparency
- Encourage open communication between Team Members and Management
- Drive change and restaurant initiatives by influencing Team Member behaviors
- Lead with both heart and mind
- Utilize Chili's systems to manage costs and drive business results
- Follow established operational systems like the Manager Timeline and perform quality Line Checks
- Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members into larger roles
- Enhance Guest engagement and build relationships within the community
- Understand and implement safe food handling procedures
- Embody and communicate Chili's culture and beliefs: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant
