Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional Guest experience
  • Model operational and quality standards, holding Team Members accountable
  • Utilize self-reflection to identify issues and maintain accountability
  • Encourage open communication between Team Members and Management
  • Champion restaurant initiatives and influence Team Member behaviors
  • Lead with both heart and intellect
  • Drive business results using Chili's systems to manage costs effectively
  • Adhere to operational systems while performing quality checks
  • Recruit, train, and develop Team Members for growth opportunities
  • Enhance Guest engagement and build community relationships
  • Practice safe food handling procedures diligently
  • Exemplify and communicate Chili's culture and values: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant

Salary: $67,000 - $72,000 yearly
