Under supervision, provides customer service to internal and external customers, answers questions, responds to email, and answers multi-line phone system. Performs a variety of additional administrative support tasks to the area of assignment. Supports a diverse, respectful, and inclusive workplace.
Minimum Education RequiredAssociate’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, administrative assistant, or related field.
OR
Combination of education and experience equivalent to two (2) year of experience in a customer-focused position.
