- Managing records and entering information accurately.
- Providing friendly assistance to customers and team members, ensuring excellent service.
- Supporting returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Collaborating with supervisors to achieve daily goals.
- Learning about our products and services to better assist customers.
- Coordinating with other departments when necessary.
- Responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Handling orders, shipments, and conducting basic inventory checks.
