A full-time REHAB DIRECTOR / Physical Therapy Assistant/ PTA, position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Lawrence, MA.

A successful Rehab Director will:
  • Ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
  • Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
  • Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
  • Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
  • Provide PTA services as needed.
  • Be a licensed PTA or license eligible in the state where employed.
  • Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.
