Join our dedicated team in the Medical/Surgical Pulmonary Renal Hospitalist department. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Nurse II to provide exceptional care to our patients during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and document all care per policies and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and identify patients' conditions.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient needs and responses to care.
- Apply sound nursing judgment to manage patient care decisions effectively.
- Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Administer medications as ordered, including over-the-counter and prescriptions.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
- Guide and direct ancillary personnel to uphold professional nursing standards.
