Job Summary and Qualifications
This specialized role assists with the care of obstetrical trauma patients, adhering to organizational policies and guidelines. The RN Coordinator is available 24/7 for all trauma activations, including rapid response times as per ACS standards. You will follow patients throughout their care journey—from the trauma resuscitation bay to ICU—and work alongside the Director of Trauma Services to enhance care quality and identify performance improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of hire.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification within 90 days of hire.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course certification within 90 days of hire.
- Registered Nurse license within 90 days of hire.
- Associate Degree required.
